 Payments

→ PAY AS YOU ORDER

→ All payments are processed manually. After placing an order, customers will receive our official payment details through the checkout page or via direct message.

→ Please ensure that payment is sent only to our verified accounts (BCA, Wise or PayPal). You may also message us on Instagram @chewiesdigis for confirmation and proof of payment submission.

→ Orders will only be processed once full payment has been verified. Failure to complete payment may result in automatic order cancellation.

→ Accepted payments: Bank Transfer, Wise and PayPal (for international buyers).

→ Full payment is required before shipping.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

→ International shipping is available via DHL (depending on destination).

→ Once shipped, we are not liable for delays, lost parcels, or damages during transit  but rest assured that all items are packed securely and with care.

→ Proofs of testing and packing are provided before dispatch. 

→ Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer unless stated otherwise 

→ Each unit is carefully packed with multiple layers of protection to ensure safe delivery.

→ Tracking numbers are provided once shipped.

 

Product Details

→ All photos, listings, descriptions, and content posted under Chewie's Digis are original and owned by our shop.

→ We personally source, inspect, and test each camera. Every post reflects the true condition of the actual product.

→ We do not offer warranties, but we provide photo and video proof showing the unit’s working condition.

→ Minor cosmetic flaws (like small scratches or scuffs) are expected with pre-loved units and do not affect performance.

→ Inclusions may vary per listing. Most packages will include: original charger, memory card, card reader, beads strap, sanrio pouch, and free stickers. 

For international shipments, unfortunately, we are unable to ship batteries due to shipping restrictions. For this reason, international customers will need to purchase the battery separately through online marketplaces or local stores.
