Our Products

All cameras are pre-loved unless marked brand new. Each unit is personally tested, with any issues disclosed upfront. Photos are of the actual item, so please check them carefully. Minor signs of wear (light scratches, small scuffs) are expected and do not affect functionality.

We recommend doing your own research about the camera you’re interested in to ensure it's the right fit for you, as not all specifications may be listed here. 

 

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Each camera undergoes thorough testing and quality checks before being listed and shipped. We kindly ask our customers to review all details, photos, and sample shots before purchasing.

As these are secondhand (unless stated as new) items, all sales are considered final. We don't offer returns or exchanges, but if something isn't right upon arrival, reach out right away with an uncut and/or unedited  unboxing video. We'll review and work with you on a fair resolution — we’ll do our best to make it right!

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason once the item has been shipped.
  • We ensure that all products are tested and verified functional prior to dispatch.
  • We are not liable for any damage, loss, or delay that may occur during transit, as courier handling is beyond our control.
